Out of State Applicant Services

Step#1: Please identify the appropriate Florida licensing or regulatory agency/board from the options on the pricer tool.

Step#2: Once you’ve chosen the right agency, please make a secure payment via Stripe. After the payment, you’ll be autodirected to the application page.

Step#3: Please complete your information on the application page and upload your ID. Once you’ve reviewed your application click the “Submit” button.

Following your application submission, we will ship fingerprint cards and/or drug testing forms to the US mainland address you provided on your application. (For Foreign Shipping Inquiries please contact us by phone).

Fingerprinting: If fingerprint cards are included, visit your local police station or sheriff’s office to have your fingerprints taken on both cards. When finished, mail us back the completed cards using the pre-paid return envelope.

Drug Testing (if required): If you receive a Drug Testing Chain of Custody Form, locate the nearest LabCorp facility and schedule your drug test appointment.
