Fingerprinting at the FSHP 59th Annual Meeting

✅ Step 1: Submit Your Payment

Choose the Pharmacy Professions Fingerprinting option and click the Stripe button to pay the $100 fingerprinting fee via secure online checkout. This fee covers on-site fingerprinting and photo services at the FSHP Annual Meeting, August 8–10, 2025.

✅ Step 2: Complete Your Application

After payment, you’ll be redirected to a form to provide the demographic and personal information required for your fingerprinting application. Please complete this form to finalize your registration.

✅ Step 3: Attend Your Fingerprinting Appointment
Bring a valid photo ID and visit the IDENTICO booth at the World Center Orlando Marriott during the FSHP Annual Meeting.
We’ll be on-site on August 9. If demand exceeds 100 registrations, we’ll extend services to August 10.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with final on-site instructions once your registration is complete.

Fingerprints will be submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for a Level 2 background screening, as required by Florida Statutes for pharmacists under ORI #EDOH4680Z. The Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse typically processes these screenings within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the results.
