Federal (FMCSA regulation 49 CFR part 382) and State ( Florida Drug-Free Workplace Program F.S. 440.102) mandate alcohol testing for employees in safety-sensitive positions.
IDENTICO’s trained and certified breath alcohol technicians (BAT) perform screening with an evidential breath testing device (EBT) method on the devices approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The EBTs used meet NHTSA-approved quality assurance standards, including external calibration checks and maintenance requirements.
We offer in-clinic and on-site Alcohol Testing in South Florida, with compliant and confidential reporting of the results to the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
IDENTICO is a full-service Third-Party Administrator and testing facility that can help you with the development and implementation of a federally mandated D.O.T Drug and Alcohol Testing program. DOT-Regulated Operators must follow the DOT regulations for drug and alcohol testing, specifically 49 CFR Part 40.
