Collection: We provide convenient options for sample collection. You can either visit our walk-in office or opt for on-site drug testing events conducted at your workplace.
Lab Testing: Once collected, all urine samples are carefully shipped to SAMHSA Certified toxicology laboratories. These labs conduct thorough screenings to detect drugs in strict adherence to the chain of custody protocols.
Medical Review: This particular step is applicable to employment drug testing exclusively. At IDENTICO, we have a dedicated Medical Review Officer (MRO) who conducts a meticulous review of all negative and positive results before releasing them to employers. In cases of non-negative results, the MRO personally contacts the employee to ascertain if there are any valid explanations, such as ongoing medical treatments or prescribed medications.
