Florida Law requires all Summer Camp owners, operators, employees and volunteers that assist more than 10 hours per month comply with Level 2 Background Screening. Although summer camps are exempt from licensure, the Department of Children and Families is responsible for ensuring the background screening requirements are met. To process your Florida Summer Camp Background Checks for owners, employees and volunteers of your camp, we will need you to register as a provider with DCF. That way you can receive provider identifiers, ORI# EDCFSC30Z and OCA# numbers.

Due to DCF entering the Clearinghouse and FDLE retention being added a new rate for Summer Camp screening by IDENTICO is increased to $62.00/ applicant. Low price and convenience benefits are applied both at office and mobile sessions. Office is located at 4012 SW 18th St, Hollywood, FL 33023. Applicants must provide two forms of picture ID and credit card or cash payment at screening, unless camp made an arrangement with us to cover the cost of screening.
