We cannot process a request for employment and/or licensing purposes within the U.S.

Visit our walk-in office located at 3948 Pembroke Road, Suite E, Hollywood, FL 33021 during regular business hours.

Upon arrival we will collect a payment of $89 and provide you with a copy of FBI Client Applicant form that you would nee to complete.

At arrival your fingerprints will be taken by a LiveScan technician and will be electronically submitted with the necessary information to the FBI for a national Identity History Summary check I. Within 24-hours you will receive a status notification by e-mail with instruction on how you can securely retrieve your results.

In the event your fingerprints are rejected due to poor quality, we offer second submission attempt free of charge.  However, if the second attempt is also rejected the FBI does not provide name checks for Identity History Summary requests.

he FBI will authenticate all fingerprint search results by placing the FBI watermark and the signature of a division official on the results at the time of submission.

Statutory Grounds for FBI Background Check

Pursuant to 28 CFR 16.30-16.34, an Identity History Summary is provided solely for you to conduct a personal review and/or obtain a change, correction, or updating of your record. It is not provided for the purpose of licensing or employment or any other purpose enumerated in 28 CFR 20.33.

By requesting your individual FBI Identity History Summary you can review the arrest data maintained by the FBI that is supported by your fingerprint impressions and the comparison made in the process. The comparison establishes a positive identification and ensures that an individual’s summary information is not disseminated to an unauthorized person. Your request to update should clearly identify the information that you feel is inaccurate or incomplete and you should include copies of any available proof or documentation to support your claim.

If you believe your Identity History Summary contains inaccurate or incomplete information, you may request a change or correction to your Identity History Summary information.
To challenge your Identity History Summary, you must provide your FBI Universal Control Number (FBI Number) from your Identity History Summary.  If providing your SID, you must include the two-letter state abbreviation for the state in which your offense occurred.
