Such investigation can be conducted by getting fingerprints taken electronically at IDENTICO and submission of applicants’ biometric information to FDLE and FBI for state and National Criminal History Search.

IDENTICO is FDLE authorized Live Scan Fingerprinting vendor serving you in “No Appointment Required” office located at 4012 SW 18th St, Hollywood, FL 33023. The cost of electronic fingerprinting for guardianship both Non-Professional and Professional is only $54.25/ applicant. Please be advised that ORI# numbers for Non and Professional Guardianship fingerprint submissions are different. You would be required to bring two forms of state or federal photo ID, and if available the case number issued by courthouse. Payment is accepted via credit card or cash. Screening results are delivered electronically by FDLE & FBI to family division of the circuit court where your petition was filed.
